The five-member investigative team, appointed by the Council of Ministers of Cyprus, has already begun its work to conduct a criminal investigation into the findings of the Anti-Corruption Authority regarding the alleged "Mafia State." The investigators, who are from Greece, are already in Cyprus and will, in the first stage, examine the possibility of criminal offenses, as outlined in the Authority's report.
