Côtes-d'Armor : logements, commerce et pôle santé, cette commune mise sur les matériaux biosourcés 21.02.2026

The commune of Créhen, near Dinan in Côtes-d'Armor, has inaugurated a new development featuring four housing units, a commercial space, and a health center, all constructed with biosourced materials. This project, initiated in 2019 and facing delays due to elections and the pandemic, saw its building permit granted in early 2023 and construction commence in 2024, lasting over a year. The residential building, named "Champagne," offers four apartments (one T2, two T3, one T4) with terraces, and an institute of beauty has opened in the commercial unit. The health center, built on former religious land, will house twelve healthcare professionals, including doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, and speech therapists. The total cost for the residential and commercial project was €1,650,000, while the health center cost €2,230,000, with significant state and regional subsidies contributing to both.
