Cyberharcèlement : Magali Berdah fait saisir à titre conservatoire 40 millions d’euros sur les droits d’auteur de Booba 19.02.2026

Magali Berdah, founder of Shauna Events, has successfully obtained a conservatory seizure of approximately €40.6 million from rapper Booba's copyright royalties. This action stems from a protracted legal dispute where Berdah accuses Booba of causing significant financial losses to her company by cyberharassing and threatening brands that collaborated with her. The Paris Judicial Court provisionally assessed Berdah's claim, along with those of Sublime Talent and MB Conseil, at €40,588,572. This sum is to be seized from Booba's royalties held by entities such as Sacem, Universal Music France, and Deezer, as well as other potential assets including bank accounts and vehicles. Booba's legal team stated they were unaware of the procedure and intend to contest the order, alleging abusive proceedings. Booba, whose real name is Élie Yaffa, has been publicly critical of influencers and their practices since 2022.
