On February 21st, the Winter Olympics program features the mass start speed skating events where the Netherlands is a top favorite in the women's category, with reigning world champion Marijke Groenewoud and Bente Kerkhoff competing. In the men's mass start, Jorrit Bergsma is a contender, joined by Stijn van de Bunt. The Dutch four-man bobsleigh team, including pilot Dave Wesselink, will also compete in their first two heats, following Wesselink's tenth-place finish in the two-man event.
