Another fatal accident on the Trakia motorway raises the question of complex responsibility in road accidents. On July 10, a heavy truck crashed into the guardrail at the 313th kilometer, causing one death and injuring two people. Just three weeks earlier, 20 km from the same location, three people died in a similar accident. Data from the toll management shows that the truck passed through the section 81 times in 10 days, and its windshield did not have the required transparency. However, inspections by the Executive Agency "Road Transport Administration" found no violations by either the transport company or the driver, who holds valid documents and has not violated driving and rest time regulations.
