Decisão sobre recurso de Najib e filho em caso de atrasos fiscais marcada para 4 de setembro 03.07.2026

O Tribunal de Recurso em Putrajaya definiu o dia 4 de setembro como a data para a sua decisão sobre o recurso apresentado pelo ex-primeiro-ministro Datuk Seri Najib Razak e seu filho, Datuk Mohd Nazifuddin, para suspender os processos de falência iniciados pela Junta de Receitas Internas (LHDN). Os processos decorrem da falha em liquidar atrasos fiscais que totalizam RM 1,69 bilhão para Najib e RM 37,6 milhões para Nazifuddin, referentes ao período entre 2011 e 2017. Um painel de três juízes, presidido pelo Juiz Dr. Alwi Abdul Wahab, com os Juízes Dr. Shahnaz Sulaiman e Ong Chee Kwan, definiu a data após ouvir as alegações na sexta-feira (3 de julho).
