Dental bus helps vulnerable citizens and international dentists 13.07.2026

The dental bus in The Hague, located in the Leyweg shopping center, has helped more than eight hundred people since its opening in January. The initiative, co-shaped by entrepreneur Bob Reiche, focuses on residents for whom regular dental care is inaccessible or too expensive, such as the homeless, people with debts, asylum seekers, and migrant workers. Dentist Patricia Jeukens (78) treats patients with severe dental problems daily, such as infections and broken teeth. The gratitude is immense; some return later with a small gift, despite having to pinch every penny.
