Deux humanitaires de la Croix-Rouge exécutés par des hommes armés à Walungu 25.06.2026

Le 16 juin dernier, deux volontaires de la Croix-Rouge en République démocratique du Congo ont été tués par des hommes armés dans le village de Kakumba, territoire de Walungu (Sud-Kivu). Ils portaient pourtant l'emblème de la Croix-Rouge lors de leur mission de supervision de travaux d'adduction d'eau potable. Selon un communiqué publié le 23 juin, les assaillants connaissaient la nature de leur travail et les ont délibérément exécutés.
