Norway is experiencing a heatwave, and the Animal Protection Society is warning dog owners about the risk of burnt paws and heatstroke. State Meteorologist Magnus Odhed at the Norwegian Meteorological Institute reports particularly high temperatures in Eastern Norway, as well as in Western Norway, Trøndelag, and parts of Southern Norway over the coming days. He emphasizes the importance of protecting pets from the heat.
