Dr. Icha's Family Reports 3 TTU Regional Council Members and Civil Servant to NTT Regional Police 03.07.2026

The family of the late Dr. Eliza Princila Utami Pakaenoni, known as Dr. Icha, reported four individuals to the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police on Friday (3/7/2026). The four reported individuals consist of three members of the North Central Timor (TTU) Regency Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) with the initials TL, NT, and VK, as well as a veterinarian with the initials MMS who is also a civil servant (ASN) in TTU Regency. The report was filed at the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) of the NTT Regional Police.
