"Duda as a Lobbyist" at Meeting with Head of the Armaments Agency. Tusk: Unacceptable 03.07.2026

During Friday's press conference, Prime Minister Donald Tusk firmly condemned the actions of former President Andrzej Duda, who, according to media reports, met with the head of the Armaments Agency, Army General Artur Kuptel, in the company of Dawid Rożek, founder of the fintech company ZEN.com. Tusk stated that he had recommended to the Minister of National Defence to unequivocally eliminate all risks associated with lobbying practices. The Prime Minister emphasized that the former president acted as a lobbyist for a company bidding for state contracts related to plans to build a factory producing missiles under a Ukrainian license.
