As of July 2, the Election Commission (EC) has recorded 305 complaints concerning campaign offences during the 16th Johor State Election. The majority of these, 140 reports, relate to campaign materials displayed in restricted local authority areas, while 90 involve obstructions to road users and traffic. An additional 27 cases concern materials placed within 50 meters of polling centers, with the remaining 48 cases falling under other violations. The EC has confirmed that all received reports are being addressed through appropriate follow-up actions by the Election Campaign Enforcement Teams (PP-KPR). These teams, along with the Royal Malaysia Police, MACC, and MCMC, are working to ensure a controlled and smooth campaign period, which concludes on July 10.
