A woman in France experienced a terrifying incident when her cat, Elle, became trapped inside her washing machine as it started. Approximately 30 to 40 seconds into the cycle, the owner heard intense screams from the machine, prompting her to immediately stop it and rescue the distressed feline. The cat, which had never previously entered the washing machine, was found terrified and was subsequently taken to the veterinarian. Miraculously, Elle sustained only a minor scratch on the back of her ear, and her owner expressed deep remorse, vowing to always check the appliance before starting a load in the future.
