Ćeman: What follows the Decision on the unconstitutional provisions of the law by which former officials and employees were allocated [apartments] 03.07.2026

Member of Parliament Albin Ćeman of the Democratic Montenegro has announced that he submitted a request for a thematic session of the Committee on Health, Labor, and Social Welfare regarding the Constitutional Court's Decision declaring unconstitutional the legal provisions on the basis of which free apartments were allocated to former officials and employees. Ćeman emphasized that this issue has burdened the Montenegrin public for years and that Democratic Montenegro has long insisted on its legal resolution.
