Wang engaged in urgent diplomatic discussions on Monday with the foreign ministers of Iran, Oman, and France amidst escalating tensions. During a conversation with Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, it was conveyed that the U.S. initiated strikes while negotiations were ongoing and had reportedly made "positive progress." Araghchi asserted that the U.S. actions contravened international law and Iran's "red lines," compelling Tehran to consider self-defense measures.
