These adjustments include stopping paid parking at 8:00 PM instead of 10:00 PM, a maximum daily rate of 6 euros for all parking lots and garages, and a uniform hourly rate of 2 euros for street parking without a daily maximum. The original policy, intended to discourage long-term parkers and make space for cyclists and pedestrians, led to a decrease in revenue for local businesses.
