Speaking on Diplomat's Day, Pashinyan likened diplomacy to a car's climate control, aiming to create favorable external and internal conditions. He stressed that effective diplomacy requires a deep understanding of global processes and adaptability to international changes, which are essential for development and avoiding stagnation. Pashinyan also noted Armenia's improving ability to assess complex regional cause-and-effect relationships, enhancing its capacity to make its environment more predictable and manageable.
