Russel and Grasset are scheduled to appear in court on April 30th to face charges including fraud, deception, abuse of company assets, and forgery. Notably, the couple has a history of legal troubles, with a combined ten previous convictions for offenses such as false advertising, fraud, tax evasion, and abuse of weakness.
