Political activist Prashant Kishor has sharply criticized the National Testing Agency (NTA) and its Director General Abhishek Singh following the cancellation of the NEET-UG exam due to integrity concerns. Kishor asserted that even a single leaked question signifies a complete paper leak, compromising the futures of students who have dedicated months to preparation. He questioned the rationale of debating the extent of the leak after the decision to scrap the exam, emphasizing the system's failure. The NTA, while admitting to reforms and denying the leak originated internally, is being investigated by the CBI. The NEET-UG re-examination is scheduled for June 21 under enhanced security, with discussions ongoing about potentially shifting the exam to a computer-based format.
