On the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the Independence of the United States of America, Prishtina and other cities in Kosovo organized festive activities. In Prishtina, a symbolic ceremony for the raising of the American flag was held in front of the “Prof. Dr. Bedri Kamberi” mosque, along with an event called “Thank you USA,” attended by the Mayor of Prishtina, Përparim Rama, and the Chargé d'Affaires at the U.S. Embassy, Anu Prattipati. Meanwhile, the “Rock & Blues Music Festival” was held in Prizren. In addition to the celebrations, infrastructure works were reported, including the paving of paths in Podujeva and the opening of a road segment toward Mazgiti. Delays in waste collection in several areas were also reported, as well as changes in public transport ticket prices in Prishtina. In the field of health, rare surgeries were performed, and announcements were made regarding orthodontic services and the construction of Main Family Medicine Centers.
