Experte warnt vor Todesdrogen in Fake-Arzneien aus dem Online-Shop: Immer wieder sterben Konsumenten 22.02.2026

Organized crime groups are distributing highly toxic, often illegal substances disguised as legitimate medications through online shops across Europe, leading to an increasing number of consumer deaths. These counterfeit drugs, frequently containing potent synthetic opioids like Cychlorphin and Nitazenes, are marketed as popular items such as weight-loss injections, Viagra, and sedatives, with names mimicking legitimate pharmacies. Experts like Daniel Brombacher from Gitoc warn that this digital, less visible form of organized crime is more dangerous than traditional structures due to its deliberate disregard for customer lives and the difficulty in tracking its operations. The substances, sometimes 100 times stronger than heroin, are easily accessible and often lead to fatal overdoses, particularly among young, uninformed users who lack tolerance to these potent compounds.
