BabyMall, a well-known baby store chain that has been operating in Turkey for 10 years with 11 branches, has entered the conciliation process due to financial difficulties. The Ankara West 1st Civil Court of Commerce decided to grant a three-month interim conciliation moratorium to Özelcan Babymall Mağazacılık Dağıtım Ticaret ve Sanayi Anonim Şirketi and the company's owner, Ahmet Özelcan. This decision means that no new enforcement proceedings can be initiated against the debtor, and existing proceedings will be suspended.
