During the period from July 15 to July 31, all residents, buildings, and commercial establishments in this area must display the national flag on their facades. The primary objective of this measure is to promote respect for national symbols during the Fiestas Patrias celebrations. Failure to comply with this regulation by citizens or local businesses could result in significant economic sanctions, with fines reaching up to S/ 5,500. The municipality aims to foster patriotic fervor and ensure that national identity is correctly manifested throughout the district during these important dates for the country.
