Flooded stretches on Jalan Ampang Hilir, Jalan Kuching snarl KL traffic 17h ago

Continuous rainfall since morning led to flash floods in Kuala Lumpur's city centre on April 21, significantly disrupting traffic. The Kuala Lumpur Control Centre (KLCCC) under Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) reported water accumulation at multiple locations, with notable incidents on Jalan Ampang Hilir, specifically in front of the Saudi Arabian Embassy, and along Jalan Kuching near the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTC) towards the Segambut roundabout. Traffic police and wardens are actively managing the affected areas. Motorists are urged to exercise caution and seek alternative routes to avoid delays caused by these flooded stretches.
