Former mayor's son wins property dispute against siblings 15.04.2026

Kevin Wangombe, son of the late former Nakuru Mayor Herman Nderi, has successfully defended his right to manage family properties against his three siblings. Justice Samwel Mohochi dismissed a contempt of court application filed by Anthony Marine, Jane Wangeshi, and Billy Nduati, ruling that Wangombe had not provided sufficient proof of disobedience. The court directed the siblings to file the petition within 30 days to enable a proper determination of Nderi's estate.
