Ukrainian officials reported that at least four people were killed and 10 injured in Russian attacks on Friday, a day after Moscow launched its deadliest series of strikes on Kyiv this year. In the Sumy region, a Russian drone hit a residential apartment building, killing two women, an elderly man, and a toddler, with three others injured, according to Oleh Hryhorov, head of the regional military administration.
