Four Undang dispute MB’s claim over Mubarak’s removal 9h ago
The four Undang of Negri Sembilan have contested Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun's assertion that the Dewan Keadilan dan Undang (DKU) advised the removal of the Undang of Sungei Ujong, Datuk Mubarak Dohak. In a joint statement on Tuesday, April 21, Undang Jelebu Datuk Maarof Mat Rashad, Undang Johol Datuk Muhammed Abdullah, Undang Rembau Datuk Abdul Rahim Yasin, and Mubarak declared Aminuddin unfit to lead the state and claimed the DKU did not reach a unanimous decision on Mubarak's removal during a special session. They stated Aminuddin's media releases on April 17 and April 20 were untrue and contradicted the Laws of the Constitution of Negri Sembilan 1959. The Undang also expressed support for a declaration to depose the 11th Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan.
