On Saturday, February 21st, the Ukrainian army conducted a series of successful strikes in occupied Crimea and the Zaporizhzhia region, targeting strategic Russian infrastructure. During a nighttime raid, Ukrainian combat drones destroyed two Soviet-era Be-12 Chayka amphibious anti-submarine aircraft, valued at approximately 20 million euros each, which were stationed at the Evpatoria repair plant. These aircraft are part of a limited fleet, with Russia possessing only 14 such units. The strikes also damaged two modern Russian "Okhotnik" class patrol boats. These operations demonstrate Ukraine's capability to strike deep behind Russian lines as the conflict enters its fifth year.
