Kiev and its surrounding region were struck by a massive missile and drone attack on Sunday morning, just two days before the fourth anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine is not losing the war and claimed recent counter-offensives in the south have recaptured 300 square kilometers, potentially exploiting a Russian blockage of Starlink usage. Diplomatic efforts continue, with European leaders set to co-chair a virtual meeting in support of Ukraine.
