Guerre en Ukraine : un boulanger français se rend sur place pour fabriquer du pain et le distribuer à la population 22.02.2026

French baker Loïc Nervi, known as "Le boulanger sans frontières," is undertaking his eighth humanitarian mission in Ukraine since 2022, distributing approximately 700 loaves of bread daily to war-affected populations, particularly the elderly. Currently stationed in Borodianka near Kyiv, Nervi, a 42-year-old from the Var region, has provided tens of thousands of loaves, offering two types of bread: a nutritious seed-based loaf and a softer milk-and-egg bread. He finances these missions himself, describing it as a personal and familial sacrifice to support Ukrainians, noting that many French citizens seem to have lost interest in the conflict. His efforts aim to provide essential sustenance amidst the ongoing war and its devastating impact, including severe winter conditions exacerbated by Russian attacks on the energy grid.
