Gulyás rejected the claim that only Péter Magyar visits institutions, mentioning the Gondviselés House in Göd as one of Europe's best institutions, and acknowledged that there are still areas for development within the institutional system. Support for the foster care system has significantly increased, and the majority consider the current level adequate.
