Central to the experience was a recreation of Platform 9¾, where young witches and wizards traditionally begin their journey to Hogwarts. The celebration highlighted HBO's upcoming adaptation of *Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone*, which will feature Beirut-born Lebanese-Palestinian actress Sirine Saba as Professor Pomona Sprout. The series, set in the 1990s, aims to include scenes from J.K. Rowling's first novel that were omitted from the 2001 film.
