A devastating single-vehicle crash in Parwan, west of Melbourne, has resulted in the deaths of two children and left five others hospitalized. Emergency services responded to the intersection of Nerowie and Parwan-Exford Road just before 4pm on Tuesday, where an eight-seater four-wheel drive had rolled and come to a stop on grass between the road and a paddock. A seven-year-old girl died at the scene despite paramedics' efforts, while an 11-year-old boy was airlifted to hospital but succumbed to his injuries overnight.
