The Capital City Hall announced on Friday, via Facebook, that hot water supply will be gradually interrupted in sectors 1, 3, 4, and 5 during July due to scheduled works for the modernization of thermal pipelines. According to the announcement, these works are essential to reduce the number of breakdowns during the winter. The total cost of the investment amounts to 1.3 billion lei, with funding provided by European and government funds, and the deadline for completion is December 2027 to avoid losing the non-reimbursable funds. The City Hall apologized for the inconvenience caused and specified that the interventions will take place in several areas.
