Housing prices fell in June – largest drop in Oslo 03.07.2026

Housing prices in Norway fell by 0.3 percent in June, according to fresh figures from Eiendom Norge. Adjusted for seasonal variations, prices rose by 0.4 percent, which was stronger than several analysts had expected. Handelsbanken, for example, had predicted a nominal fall of 0.5 percent. The average price for a home in Norway at the end of June was 5,120,309 kroner, and so far this year, prices have risen by 5.5 percent.
