Housing prices in Norway fell by 0.3 percent in June, but adjusted for seasonal variations, they rose by 0.4 percent, according to fresh figures from Eiendom Norge. Managing Director Henning Lauridsen points out that activity in the second-hand housing market remains very high, and that 2025 will likely stand out as an exceptional year due to relaxations in the lending regulations. So far this year, housing prices have risen by 5.5 percent nationwide, and 11,757 homes were sold in June, two percent fewer than in the same month in 2025.
