A group of prominent British actors, including Hugh Bonneville, Nicola Coughlan, and Matt Lucas, have united to launch the "Save Our Voices Now" campaign, which aims to stop the unauthorized use of artificial intelligence (AI) to clone and replicate human voices. The campaign is also backed by Luke Evans, Jen Brister, Siobhan McSweeney, and Pearl Mackie. The actors argue that a person's voice is a unique part of their identity and should be protected by law.
