Over the past five years, the group used the names of hearing-impaired individuals to apply for special supply apartments in areas such as Gangnam in Seoul and Busan, achieving a 100% win rate. Notably, an apartment in Gangnam, with a floor area of 84 square meters, had a sales price of 2.2 billion won but is now valued at around 4 billion won, earning it the nickname 'lotto.'
