A recent Ipsos poll for The Washington Post and ABC News reveals that 60% of Americans disapprove of President Donald Trump, marking his lowest approval rating since January 2021. Conducted between February 12-17 among 2,589 adults, the survey indicates widespread dissatisfaction with his handling of the economy, with 65% disapproving of his inflation management, his worst score. Additionally, 64% disapprove of his trade policies, and 62% are unhappy with his international relations. A significant 56% feel he is not committed to protecting their rights and freedoms, while 62% believe he uses his presidential status for personal gain. On immigration, while half of Americans support deporting undocumented migrants, 58% feel his methods are excessive, a sentiment that has grown by 10 points in ten months.
