The Musco Youth Sports Exchange program, which began in 2025 with over 100 young athletes in Shanghai, is now hosting the Shanghai Beisibao U13 softball team in Oskaloosa, Iowa. During the nine-day visit, the Chinese athletes are competing with local players while experiencing life in the Midwestern community. The program, sponsored by Musco Lighting, aims to build a long-term platform for youth friendship through sports. Jeff Rogers, CEO of Musco Lighting, emphasized that sports provide a natural way to connect young people, and the organization plans to expand into football, pickleball, and tennis.
