iPhone owners could get up to $95 from a new Apple settlement 07.05.2026

Apple has proposed a $250 million settlement in a class-action lawsuit alleging the company misled iPhone owners about Siri's AI capabilities. Filed in the Northern District of California, the suit claims Apple advertised "Enhanced Siri features" that were not yet available, influencing purchase decisions. Approximately 37 million iPhone owners who purchased specific models between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025, are eligible for compensation. While initial payments are set at $25 per device, the final amount could increase, not exceeding $95 per device, contingent on the number of claims filed and other factors. Apple stated the settlement allows them to focus on product innovation.
