Jackson Mora, a sports businessman and ex-husband of model Tilsa Lozano, has been preliminarily detained for seven days in Chincha as part of an investigation into alleged computer fraud against the District Municipality of Pueblo Nuevo. The arrest took place on July 2 during an operation by the Dirincri Fraud Investigation Division, which also intercepted other alleged members of the 'Los arquitectos del fraude' (The Architects of Fraud) gang. Authorities raided 12 properties, and the investigation focuses on alleged transfers of public funds diverted to a business linked to Mora's family, specifically the company FFC MMA SAC, which reportedly invoiced for solid waste and sports services.
