Konfederasi Serikat Pekerja Indonesia (KSPI) bersama Partai Buruh memastikan tidak akan menggelar aksi demonstrasi besar-besaran sepanjang Agustus hingga September 2026. Keputusan tersebut disertai syarat pemerintah dan DPR merespons empat tuntutan utama yang dinilai penting bagi perlindungan hak-hak pekerja. Presiden KSPI sekaligus Presiden Partai Buruh, Said Iqbal, mengatakan tidak ada alasan bagi buruh untuk turun ke jalan apabila pemerintah dan DPR menunjukkan komitmen menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan ketenagakerjaan yang sedang diperjuangkan.
