Juan Marino, a deputy from the Union for the Fatherland party, filed a criminal complaint against President Javier Milei, former Chief of Staff Manuel Adorni, Defense Minister Carlos Presti, Foreign Minister Pablo Quirno, and former Secretary of Communication Javier Lanari. The complaint, sponsored by Eduardo Barcesat, is based on the Decree of Necessity and Urgency that authorized the entry of U.S. troops to conduct military exercises at bases in Buenos Aires and Córdoba. The case was assigned by lottery to Federal Criminal and Correctional Court No. 10, under the jurisdiction of Judge Julián Ercolini.
