Jeffrey Epstein : Ranch dans le désert et appart cossu à Paris… La carte de ses propriétés à travers le monde 19.02.2026

Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender who amassed over $560 million, maintained an international real estate empire valued at more than $200 million, which served as both a symbol of his wealth and a venue for his criminal activities. His primary residence and tax haven was the 30-hectare private island, Little Saint-James, in the U.S. Virgin Islands, infamously dubbed "Pedophile Island" and "Orgy Island" by locals and the press, where victims reported sexual slavery. While he also owned properties in Palm Beach, Florida, and a Paris apartment near the Arc de Triomphe, Epstein spent most of his time at his New York City mansion at 9 East 71st Street, where many young girls were allegedly recruited and abused. Epstein died in prison in 2019.
