Biathlete Lou Jeanmonnot, 27, and cross-country skier Mathis Desloges, 23, have been selected as France's flag bearers for the closing ceremony of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. The event will take place on Sunday, February 22nd, at the Arena di Verona. Jeanmonnot earned four medals, including two golds, one silver, and one bronze in biathlon. Desloges, a breakout star in his first Olympics, secured three silver medals in cross-country skiing events. They will lead the French delegation, succeeding Chloé Trespeuch and Clément Noël who carried the flag at the opening ceremony on February 7th.
