Member of Parliament Ivana Kekin of the Možemo party stated that she will forward all documentation related to the Medikol private clinic case to the State Attorney's Office (DORH), after the HDZ parliamentary majority refused to support the establishment of an investigative commission. Kekin emphasized that a representative's job is not to protect the Ministry of Health, the HDZ government, or Medikol, but rather public health as a matter of public interest. "Since the HDZ parliamentary majority refuses to protect the public interest and support the establishment of an investigative commission in the Medikol case, we are forwarding all documentation to DORH for further action," Kekin said.
