KMT Chairwoman Cheng Li-wun embarked on a six-day visit to China, concluding Sunday, with a stated goal of promoting peace and fostering dialogue, referencing historical ties and the high cost of conflict. Her trip, which included meetings with local officials and industry representatives in Shanghai, also aimed to explore China's advancements in AI and the digital economy, suggesting opportunities for Taiwanese businesspeople and young professionals.
