In the 2026 PVL Draft held on Wednesday, June 3, two-time UAAP Best Setter Lams Lamina was selected as the No. 1 overall pick by the Galeries Tower Highrisers, marking the first time a setter has achieved this top selection. Lamina, a three-time UAAP champion with NU, aims to bring competitiveness, hard work, and discipline to her new team, which also features Julia Coronel and Jean Asis. Meanwhile, two-time Best Libero Detdet Pepito was chosen second by the Capital1 Solar Spikers, reuniting her with former teammate Bella Belen and bolstering Capital1's backline alongside Vanie Gandler and Erika Santos.
