Land State Minister Mir Helal made a surprise visit to the Aminbazar and Ashulia Revenue Circle offices in Savar on Monday. During this visit, without any formal protocol and in his personal vehicle, he identified various irregularities and shortcomings in service delivery, officer attendance, and administrative management. At the Aminbazar office, Assistant Commissioner (Land) Shahadat Hossain Khan and most officers were late, and service seekers also complained about delays and mismanagement. The State Minister raised questions about disruptions in mutation (name transfer) processes due to server issues and the weak infrastructure of the information center, ordering relevant officials to be show-caused. At the Ashulia office, upon finding unlicensed mutation activities and illegal shops, he ordered legal action.
